Charlie, Luke and Jesse knew what they were doing and did a great job. I'd had others look at my porch roof and no one else picked up all the difficulties. I would have paid more and not gotten the problems fixed if I'd gone with them. They were both friendly and professional, explained everything at all stages and communicated about timings. I recently had a new carport built by Charlie and his team, at myRenovator. The team did fantastic job matching it into the existing roof line. Charlie was great to deal with throughout the whole build, he is really easygoing and a great communicator. Nothing was an issue and he would always try and find a solution. Luke and Jesse, were punctual, turned up on time and did quality work. All the trades people Charlie had working for him were great to deal with and did really nice work. Could not be happier with our new deck. The attention to detail and level of craftsmanship is faultless - I am obsessed with the beautiful mitred corners! Charlie gave great customer service right from the start and the install by his team of our back verandah roof was professional, exact and efficient.  Our install occurred a few days before before Christmas 2023 at Tamborine.   After the tremendous storms and tornado which ripped through on Christmas night in our area, the roof is still standing strong with no leaks or problems whatsoever.  The materials were delivered when we were told they would be, the crew arrived on the install day at the time we were told they would and they worked methodically putting up our insulated roofing panels, guttering, etc. all completed in a most timely manner. The My Renovator Company was referred to me as an installer of the Palram Sunite Twin Wall Polycarbonate Patio Roofing System on the Gold Coast. I found Charlie (the owner of the business) to be a most personable and knowledgeable individual. We received a detailed quote including all materials, labour, cleanup and removal of waste materials. The work was carried out by 3 well presented and capable tradesman with no hassles or need to increase the quote, infact, the final price was reduced due to flashing not required.
